The Nationals enjoyed a 4-game sweep of the Pirates after a 3-1 win in the finale on Thursday at Nationals Park. Jeremy Hellickson was excellent through two turns of the Bucs` lineup, and homers by Trea Turner and Ryan Zimmerman provided all the offense. A rested bullpen trio of Brandon Kintzler, Ryan Madson and Sean Doolittle closed out the victory to extend the Nationals` winning streak to 5 games.
